I also learnt via PZ, that the original idea came from indexed. The below diagram is a sample of the stlye of work done over at Indexed. It’s also a diagram that rings a little to close to home for me as well

The ability to present and communicate information clearly to others is a required skill in society. It’s a skill that allows you to have a voice; it’s a skill that allows you to change situations that require rectifying. An added bonus is the enabling to better understand others, which in the modern age is apparently missing. Everyone is fast to point fingers, most are unwilling or unable to listen or communicate.

Am reading this [book] at the moment. I recommend it and it will perhaps frame some of the issues we are facing and wrap some context around them.
